Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email detailing their purchase and estimated delivery time.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for deliveries within the United States.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days. Depends on quantity of the order size. Contact ale@mkcontainers.com to have a precise estimate delivery time.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • Customers will receive tracking or BOL information via email once the order is shipped.

3. Local Pickup

  • Customers can opt for local pickup at our facility:
    • Address: 3421 N.W 36 Street, Miami, FL 33142
    • Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 4 PM
  • An email notification will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at ale@mkcontainers.com.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
  • After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
